A new trend from the Far East is coming to the US – yoga classes for dogs, otherwise known as “doga”. The classes are intended to help dogs find their inner peace and take the canines through a series of exercises and positions designed to improve their heart and digestion. The practice is thought to date back as far as 2500BC.

After a hard day guarding the house and generally being kept on a tight leash, a dog deserves some relaxation. And now it can, thanks to the latest canine craze. . . dog yoga. Known as ‘doga’, it is the latest trend from the Far East, which now has a cult following in the U. S.
